@Hendra Hi
One of the key challenges in teaching today and even more so in the future is keeping up with the diverse needs and learning styles of students in a rapidly changing world. Teachers are expected to blend traditional methods with emerging technologies, personalize instruction, and foster critical 21st-century skills like problem-solving, collaboration, and digital literacy. Managing large class sizes, limited resources, and growing mental health concerns among students can also make the teaching environment more demanding. Looking ahead, adapting to new AI-driven tools while maintaining a human connection in the classroom may be one of the most important balancing acts educators face. Teaching is no longer just about delivering knowledge it's about inspiring, adapting, and empowering learners for a future that’s still unfolding."Empowering students through engaging education, fostering environmental consciousness, and advancing scientific literacy. It’s a reminder that while the challenges are real, so is the deep commitment that fuels the profession. Your resilience and love for teaching make a lasting impact. Keep going—you’re making a difference.

Tho there is a recommended number of students per class, sometimes we will end up accommodating more than that.
It could pose another challenge for teachers since large size classes would make the delivery of the lesson, interaction of the students, and learning supervision becoming another challenge. I am not saying that large class sizes are bad, but they are making the whole teaching and learning conduct becoming more challenging.
What are your approaches or perhaps succesful implementation of class management when you are teaching a large class sizes?
Btw, what is the number for your school or region to consider a class as a large size? For me, any classes that have more than 25 students are considered a large size.Tho, I couldn't remember how my high school classes were since we had about 40 students averagely back then.

The ever-changing curriculum and regulations create a cycle of instability that prevents teachers from fully adapting to a system before it shifts again. This constant evolution consumes time and energy, making it difficult for both educators and students to focus on essential skills for the future.
