Hi @Hendra ! I saw your post and wanted to share my experience. My school is located in a rural area outside the city, where there's no electricity and poor network signal, making it impossible to access the internet. When I want to show YouTube activities to my students, I have to download them at home first and then show them to my students the next day, which requires adjusting my teaching strategy. Due to this situation, I mostly rely on low-cost or no-cost teaching methods since network signals are unreliable. I'd love to hear about your experiences and strategies for teaching in challenging environments!"

What are your current (or future) challenges in teaching?
-
@Hendra Students learn in different ways, and teachers must tailor their methods to accommodate various learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic, etc.).
-
@Ridafatima95 This includes catering to students with special needs, providing differentiated instruction, and ensuring all students have access to the same learning opportunities.
-
@BUSHR43f4bb18a0 Limited resources and time constraints often exacerbate this challenge.
-
@Mariya-Rajpar Staying current with educational technology and integrating it effectively into lessons is an ongoing challenge.
-
@Bushra-Tahir Capturing and sustaining student interest in learning is a constant challenge.

@Hendra Hi
One of the key challenges in teaching today and even more so in the future is keeping up with the diverse needs and learning styles of students in a rapidly changing world. Teachers are expected to blend traditional methods with emerging technologies, personalize instruction, and foster critical 21st-century skills like problem-solving, collaboration, and digital literacy. Managing large class sizes, limited resources, and growing mental health concerns among students can also make the teaching environment more demanding. Looking ahead, adapting to new AI-driven tools while maintaining a human connection in the classroom may be one of the most important balancing acts educators face. Teaching is no longer just about delivering knowledge it's about inspiring, adapting, and empowering learners for a future that’s still unfolding."Empowering students through engaging education, fostering environmental consciousness, and advancing scientific literacy. This idea captures the complex reality many educators face today. Balancing student behavior especially with a generation that's growing up fast in a digital age alongside academic pressures and the high expectations of parents can feel overwhelming at times. Yet, your passion for teaching shines through. The dedication to push through exhaustion and continue giving your best reflects the heart of a true educator. It’s a reminder that while the challenges are real, so is the deep commitment that fuels the profession. Your resilience and love for teaching make a lasting impact. Keep going—you’re making a difference.

Tho there is a recommended number of students per class, sometimes we will end up accommodating more than that.
It could pose another challenge for teachers since large size classes would make the delivery of the lesson, interaction of the students, and learning supervision becoming another challenge. I am not saying that large class sizes are bad, but they are making the whole teaching and learning conduct becoming more challenging.
What are your approaches or perhaps succesful implementation of class management when you are teaching a large class sizes?
Btw, what is the number for your school or region to consider a class as a large size? For me, any classes that have more than 25 students are considered a large size.Tho, I couldn't remember how my high school classes were since we had about 40 students averagely back then.

The ever-changing curriculum and regulations create a cycle of instability that prevents teachers from fully adapting to a system before it shifts again. This constant evolution consumes time and energy, making it difficult for both educators and students to focus on essential skills for the future.

@Ridafatima95
The rapid changes in education policies hinder long-term implementation, forcing schools to repeatedly adjust without the necessary time to refine best practices. This lack of continuity leads to confusion, drains educators, and restricts students from concentrating on critical 21st-century competencies."Empowering students through engaging education, fostering environmental consciousness, and advancing scientific literacy. Inconsistent reforms disrupt the learning process, making it harder for educators to provide stable instruction. The short adaptation periods create unnecessary fatigue and prevent students from developing the skills needed for both academic success and workplace readiness."Empowering students through engaging education, fostering environmental consciousness, and advancing scientific literacy. Frequent educational shifts compromise instructional effectiveness, as teachers struggle to keep pace with rapid transformations. The lack of stability diverts attention away from crucial educational goals, leaving students unprepared for the demands of modern learning and employment.
