Now a days students are difficult to handle like their disruptive behavior and low motivation affect classroom management.
Some times it is difficult to maintain students attention due to distractions(smartphones)
Can anyone share their experience of classroom management?

Yes today’s students are distracted so fast and easily it is our responsibility to make the lessons so interesting so that they could be active in the class room. We need to plan more activities in the class room that every student can participate and learn something positive

1.Do not raise your voice.
2.Try to remain calm and rational.
3.Do not touch an agitated or angry student.
4.Try to keep the student seated. In many instances, this is impossible. You can only suggest the student remain seated so that he might explain to you what is wrong.
5.Be reassuring to the student as well as the rest of the class. Explain the importance of protecting every student’s right to learn. Talk about options for resolving the conflict.
Send another student for help.
The student should be told to go to the nearest office to summon assistance from the administration
