@Shaista-Begum Dear, listening skills is the base of other skills. Mostly teaching ignore this skill and jumps on reading and writing skills, which the correct sequence is listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Every child's listening ability is different parents along with teachers collaboration try to provide such types of environment where child's listening skills can improve. For active listener, we can apply listening activities in form of storytelling, historical events, rhymes, audio lessons etc and provide worksheets for assessment.
