Hello dear friends I congratulate all those participants whose projects were approved for peer evaluation.Today is 30th June 2025 which is last day of our peer evaluation but not the least, its our beginning for exploring the education in 21st century. I am very thankful to UNESCO to provide us a brilliant opportunity of learning beyond the boarders, countries, nations, religions, colors, races and genders. We all are like colleagues and gathered on this platform to help each other in the professional development. Peer evaluation process provided us a chance to evaluate skills, knowledge, capability, experiences, creativity of each others. I am sure this experience will profoundly impact on our development.
Wish you all the best my dearest colleagues.

*"Use of AI: Replacing Books or Enhancing Learning?"*
"Dear E-TEACH FORUM friends,
We often think AI is replacing books, but I believe it's actually opening doors to qualitative learning. AI can make bookish knowledge more engaging, interesting, and accessible. In my view, AI enhances traditional learning methods.
What do you think? How do you see AI evolving teaching and learning? Let's discuss!"

The power of early years of child in creating strong foundation
"Hello UNESCO E-TEACH community,
I believe the early years of a child's life are critical for development. As educators, we play a vital role in shaping their future. By providing a healthy environment, we can help children grow into well-rounded personalities.
What strategies can we use to create a nurturing environment that lays a strong foundation for our children's future development?
Let's share our experiences and ideas to support early childhood education." -
RE: Teaching Every Mind: Embracing Individual Needs and Diversity
Not in today's class room but in every era, every student level of learning and development is different. Even siblings' level of of learning and development is not same. We can term it diversity, being a facilitator we can successfully take the benefits from it. We can plan our lesson in that way in which we can use the different abilities of students, we can make groups of students which possess different skills like one is good in listening , others is good speaking, reading,writing, problem solving, critical analysis, social and emotional skills, and so on. This type of groups will create a sound, fruitful and meaningful learning environment where students share their experience, insights, understanding, knowledge and skills.

RE: Gamification in Education
We can use our used items for gamification. By recycling, we can easily make games for our students. In this process we can involve our students to collect used material from their homes, students will engage and make the games by their own, which will create ownership, commitment, and learning by doing.

RE: A Simple Thought Inspired by Recent Events
We should teach the students values of respect and support them to show the respect for others in their actions.
We should teach them ethics and try to facilitate them on character building. -

Children love to work purposefully
If work is corresponded with the inner development needs, they worked until they reached their goal. Adults, on the other hand, work for incentives, but children don't. They work out of a natural drive,which makes them select and concentrate on the tasks which are appreciate for development.
How can we, as parents and educators, support children's intrinsic motivation to learn and develop?
How can we create learning environments that foster children's natural drive and curiosity?

RE: Education VS unemployment 🤜🤛
@Nawres-Alabed
Dear, We generally think that we get education only for good jobs, in reality education means to learn and getting skills.
When our education and skills are good thrn their will be handsome chances of getting deserving jobs.
Those countries where there is problem of unemployment it is only for government of that country, who is not generating the jobs for its nation.
Educated and skilled person are valuable assets of a country for its wellbeing, progress and development. -

RE: "The Psychology of the Red Pen:"
@Shaista-Begum
Dear, your post is up to the mark.
I don't use red pen for checking of fair copies / notebooks. I ask my students to use black pen for questions and blue pen for answers. When I check notebooks of my students and find and mistakes / area of correction, I write complete word with black and blue pen.
When I check written assessment then I underline the mistakes and write complete words and sentences with red pen to distinguish and highlight the area of improvement.
I write those comments which motivate my students towards improvement.
