Hi and Salams to everyone from Pakistan

I am Asma, responsible of the entry of a bunch of active and energetic teachers from my region Hyderabad.
I am working in administrative post at Hyderabad Region's Education Directorate at Government Sector. We educate students from pre-nursery to under-graduate, i-e, from 4 to 18 years age group in the 9 districts of our region Namely:

• Badin, Dadu, Jamshoro, Hyderabad, Matiari, Sujawal, TandoAllahyar, Tando Muhammad Khan, & Thatta

I am responsible for the section of Quality Assurance in education, and for that, i always try to network and put more and more teachers in training in to all avaliable national and international platforms and don't want to miss any opportunity of learning for our teachers which ultimately results in improvement of quality of education for our students. We monitor schools performance through yearly inspections and also including STEAM in every school of the province of Sindh from this month. I am also working with the teachers on various projects for increasing literacy rate and sustainability of enrolment in our schools specially for female students. We have recently recruited new Primary and Junior Elementary Schools on merit and ICT and AI is included in their Initial Professional Development Training manual. I am trying to promote ICT and AI teaching in my region and introducing my teachers to new platforms of learning and give them strength and confidence to work with the teachers of the world. I have strong support from my Directorate and upper Officials. Trying to promote quality education for our future generations and giving them a better world to live. Introducing myslef late at this platform but its known to me by my teachers.
I am basically a Mathematics teacher and before government administration, i used to teach Mathematics at middle, secondary and higher secondary levels for 12 years. Have been connected with education sector since 24 years. I have done my bachelors in Mathematics and Education and also masters (post graduation) in the same subjects and i have been awarded by Gold Medal in Masters of Education.
Besides education, i have deep interest in music and poetry. These days, i am working on the motivational songs for our regional enrolment drive at the beginning of our academic session starting from 15th August.
Hopeful for learning for myself and for my teachers here. Already inspired by many shining teachers/educators from different countries.
