In the 21st century when getting any information is no longer a problem for learners, the teacher in the classroom should not be an information transmitter but rather a facilitator, whose role is to help learners develop skills and techniques which will ease the learning process. Besides, the teacher should create a safe learning environment where students will feel confident enough to express themselves freely without being afraid of making mistakes.

Dear colleagues, PBL has recently been implemented in Armenian schools. Though a lot of workshops and seminars have been delivered on this topic by the ministry of education, I think the best experts in this field are the teachers who have carried out project works.
I would kindly ask you to share your thoughts and ideas on how to succeed in this challenging task and which are the advantages and drawbacks of it. Thank you.

@Shazia-Baloch I agree with you, and I would like to mention that students learn not only from what you teach them but you also become a real model for them with your look, your manner of speaking, and your acting, hence you should be cautious paying attention to every aspect of your character as a teacher.

@Ana_moderator Thank you for sharing such interesting activities, I will definitely use them during my lessons.
I would like to share my experience with my colleagues. I usually use "Blob Tree" with " 3 Ws and 1H". I show my students the tree, they choose the figure that best describes their feelings after which they do the activity with " 3Ws and 1H" answering the following questions: 1.Why did I choose that particular figure? 2. What makes me feel that way? 3. What should I do to get to another figure? 4. How can I get to my goal?

My students and I decided to creatively useplastics instead of throwing them away. Below I put some photos where you can see the results.

I agree with the above-mentioned ideas that ICT is a powerful tool used in the teaching process, but the main goal of every teacher is to have a highly motivated audience. Tons of materials can be used, and the whole lesson can be delivered with the help of ICT, but if the students are bored and are not integrated into the process, then the teacher hasn't reached her or his goal and the lesson is in vain. So we as teachers should be very cautious while planning the lesson and using this or that approach or tool.
