RE: Need to Save Time: AI Tools for Correcting Student Writing?
@Nawres-Alabed
We might find AI tools like Turnitin, Gradescope, Grammarly, or ProWritingAid helpful for evaluating student writing and providing feedback.
These tools can save time, but we must be sure to review their feedback for accuracy and provide additional human feedback when needed. -

RE: Student-Led Classrooms: Shifting the Role of the Teacher from Instructor to Facilitator
@Mariya-Rajpar
Dear Mariya Rajpar,
My classroom is always student-centered. The advantages of this strategy include development of students' self-esteem, self-confidence, self-respect, and self-responsibility, as well as increasing motivation, interest, curiosity, and independence. Flipped classrooms, gamification, the inclusive use of technology and social media have helped me to shift my classroom from teacher-centered to a student-centered. -
RE: Helping Students Set Personal Goals
Dear Sanaa,
Setting and achieving personal and professional goals is an ongoing process, not a one-day task. As a teacher, I've seen how early guidance can shape students' aspirations. I encourage students to set educational goals, empowering them to achieve their full potential and prepare for future professional goals.
By fostering a supportive environment, I help students develop essential skills for success.

RE: Let Them Play :Learning Isnโt Always in a Textbook
@Nawres-Alabed
Dear Nawres Alabed, I completely agree! In our society, there's still a misconception about play-based learning, inquiry-based learning, and activity-based learning. Many believe that learning only happens through paperwork . As an educator, I've had to address this with students and parents, emphasizing that learning extends beyond paperwork.A perfect classroom isn't one where students sit quietly, following instructions. Rather, it's a space where students are free to explore, learn at their own pace, think critically, and ask questions.
Scientifically, modern teaching methods have numerous benefits, including developing fine and gross motor skills, fostering critical thinking, enhancing coordination among body parts, and cultivating problem-solving skills.
By shifting our perspective, we can create more effective and engaging learning environments.

RE: E-books are better than traditional textbooks
@Ridafatima95
Dear Rida Fatima,
I agree that e-books offer numerous advantages over traditional books. However, traditional books have unique benefits:- Reduced eye strain and fewer eye problems
- No dependency on devices or batteries
- Tactile experience fostering connections between fingers, eyes and mind
- Sense of ownership and attachment
A balanced approach, blending digital and traditional methods, could optimize learning experiences.

RE: Class period timing and being overwhelmed
Dear Nguyen-T-Phoung, I agree with your opinion, repeated Periods of 45 minutes is not an effective strategy. It also seems as conditional learning. To develop classrooms where students can freely learn beyond the limitations of time, strees of course completion and passing exams we should made some changes like:
- Moving beyond exam-centric approaches
- Implementing ongoing assessments
- Giving teachers autonomy in designing their schedules
- Reducing class sizes to 20-25 students

@Samia-mhad18
Investing in student mental health is indeed a necessity for their future success and well-being. We should create a culture that encourages open conversations, reduces stigma, and supports students in developing emotional resilience and coping strategies.
By providing counseling services, awareness workshops, supportive environments, and digital tools, educational institutions can play a vital role in promoting mental wellness. -

RE: The Impact of AI on Human Critical Thinking
@Alwesha
Dear Alwesha,
No doubt, our dependence on AI can indeed impact our critical thinking. While AI offers convenience, overreliance might reduce our inclination to question, analyze, and think independently.
To strike a balance, we should use AI as a tool to augment our thinking, not replace it. By being mindful of AI's role and actively engaging our critical thinking skills, we can harness AI's benefits while preserving our cognitive abilities." -

RE: Is AI Chatbot Assistance Helping or Hurting Student Learning?
"AI has become a need of the 21st century. Teachers should embrace AI chatbots as classroom assistants to enhance learning, but with caution. While AI can provide valuable support, it's crucial to ensure students develop independent learning skills. To balance AI use with promoting original thought, teachers can encourage students to leverage AI tools for research, analysis, and idea generation, while fostering creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. By doing so, students can harness AI's potential while maintaining their unique perspectives and originality."

RE: Say No to Child Labour
@Mariya-Rajpar
Dear Mariya Rajpar,
When a nation touches the poverty line, survival becomes more complicated. In that situation, a family might prefer sending their children to earn wages to fulfill their basic needs instead of prioritizing education.- Government should try to use its resources in meaningful ways for economic development.
- On a country level, organizations should be established to work on child labor.
- Print media and electronic media should be used for awareness programs.
- On a school level, school management should promote events and awareness about the drawbacks of child labor and the importance of education.
