    @MUZAF85babefc9c

    I’m Muzaffar Ali ,Arisar, working as JEST at GBHSS Kapri Mori, Taluka Matli, District Badin, Sindh Pakistan.I'm committed to uplifting my rural community through education in science, AI, and modern technology. In my overcrowded, resource-scarce classroom, lacking advanced technology, I encourage students—many arriving barefoot and without meals—to dream big. Using low-cost and no-cost materials like recycled items and simple drawings, I spark creativity and inspiration. Guided by my late father, a devoted social worker, teacher, and education advocate, and supported by my friends, teachers, and community, I design engaging STEAM projects, AI-driven activities, and extracurricular competitions to motivate and prepare students for success. My mission is to ignite curiosity, foster resilience, and empower every student to shape a brighter future despite the challenges of our rural school.

    • RE: How Can We Bring More Parents to PTMs?

      Strategy that I always use is that:I got all parents Contact numbers.Whenever a student want to get leave he may write an application or in case of emergency he call me.If he is absent without informing.I call his/her parents and know the reason of his/her absent.Keep conncted with parents call them Individually through Call,Short notice and Keep write a note on their homewrok page.

      The flipped classroom model is an innovative teaching approach where students engage with instructional content at home and use classroom time for interactive, hands-on activities. For Unit 4, "Exploring Educational Opportunities," from the Class 8 English curriculum, this activity aimed to help students understand the importance of education, explore career paths, and develop critical thinking and communication skills. The activity culminated in an educational exhibition where students applied their learning to create and present innovative models, enhanced by technology and creative tools like Canva, fostering practical application and public engagement.

      Your idea is superb but it is very difficult to implement in those schools which have insufficient financial as well as technical

      or digital resources.

      We should see whether we are using old traditional methods or Using Modern pedagogy.
      If we are still using teacher centered method then we should make change to Students Centre.
      Therefore we can achieve highest output in education.
