Sometimes times it hrlps and sometime it hurts, it depends upon the nature of assignments. But it might be helpful because as teachers we have to work on the holistic development of learners. Students must b skilful in all areas practical as well as the theoretical side. Home work assignments empower students to critical and creative thinking, and also, our textbook contains homework activities to enhance Student's long-lasting learning. Practice makes man perfect.

RE: Flipped Classroom Implementation: Share Your Experiences!
Flipped classroom helps me in saving time and warming up my students for the topic. The students prepare themselves in advance and respond accordingly during real classroom time. Recently, I tried a flipped classroom for teaching "pronouns and its types" in Class 7. Students watched a video at home, and we used class time for fun grammar activities. It made the lesson more engaging and also helped shy and passive learners.
