    • RE: Student Behavior and Discipline

@TANIA2a4b8fae35 Try some rules for students
      1.Do not raise your voice.
2.Try to remain calm and rational.
3.Do not touch an agitated or angry student.
4.Try to keep the student seated. In many instances, this is impossible. You can only suggest the student remain seated so that he might explain to you what is wrong.
5.Be reassuring to the student as well as the rest of the class. Explain the importance of protecting every student’s right to learn. Talk about options for resolving the conflict.
      Send another student for help.
The student should be told to go to the nearest office to summon assistance from the administration

    • RE: Class size and dynamics

@TANIA2a4b8fae35 Class size effect the learning process of students
So every time focus on ideal size of classroom First, a closer look tells us that reductions from “extra large” class sizes to “large” class sizes won't do the trick.
Researchers generally agree a class size of no larger than 18 students is required to produce the desired benefit.

    • RE: Curriculum pressure to meet standards

@TANIA2a4b8fae35 yes you are right if teachers make it easy through different activities , methods .
Students can easily achieve or fulfill the requirements.

You have not actually studied because of pressure. In that case, teacher need to track where student time is getting wasted. Because pressure forms when student worry for⁵work/study. So, if so, then keep trying. If failed, then try again. Keep your distractions away.

    • RE: Students often mirror their teachers

@Shaista-Begum The role of the teacher was more important in shaping the future of the child and the human being. Presently society has lost the human touch – the essence of compassion, empathy, core purpose, and tolerance, now is the time to inculcate such values in children.
Teachers play the biggest role in this development. However, in every society, teachers are held in very high esteem, since ancient times they have been a major source of morality and importance of education in the society

    • RE: Critical Thinking vs. Rote Memorization

@Mariya-Rajpar You're highlighting a crucial debate in education: Critical Thinking vs. Rote Memorization. Rote memorization has its limitations, especially in preparing students for real-world challenges. Critical thinking, on the other hand, is essential for analyzing, evaluating, and creating solutions.

To balance both approaches, educators can use strategies like:

      1. Inquiry-based learning
      2. Project-based learning
      3. Problem-solving activities
      4. Socratic questioning
      5. Real-world applications
