    Awais Qarnee

    @Awais Qarnee

    I am Awais Qarnee from Matli, District Badin a Mechanical Engineer who chose the path of education to bring real change to society. Leaving behind the world of machines, I joined the School Education and Literacy Department as a JEST teacher at GBLSS Nizamani Mohallah. My passion lies in teaching through creative, student-centered methods that make learning engaging and meaningful. I am deeply committed to supporting underprivileged children, especially those facing child labor, early marriage, and financial hardship. For me, education is not just a right but a tool for justice and empowerment. My journey from engineer to educator reflects my belief that true success is found in shaping lives with knowledge, compassion, and purpose.

    • Where Underprivileged Means Undiscovered Potential

      Underprivileged students are not lacking ability — they are full of undiscovered potential. 21st-century teaching methods like gamified learning, storytelling, hands-on activities, technology use, peer teaching, life skills education, and creative arts can unlock this potential. These methods make learning engaging, practical, and confidence-building. With belief, support, and the right tools, every child can succeed. Education should not be about pity, but about providing possibilities and hope. Let’s create classrooms where every child is seen, heard, and empowered to shine.

    • RE: Empowering Classroom Participation.

      @Mishael-Naqash Absolutely! Classroom jobs can be effective across all grade levels when implemented thoughtfully. Younger students enjoy the responsibility and routine, while older students appreciate the leadership and trust it shows. To stay organized, consider using a rotating job chart or a digital tracker. Assign jobs weekly and review roles on Monday mornings to keep everyone on the same page. It helps to model expectations clearly and celebrate students who take their roles seriously. This small structure can really transform the classroom culture!
