For Unit 4, "Exploring Educational Opportunities," from the Class 8 English curriculum, this activity aimed to help students understand the importance of education, explore career paths, and develop critical thinking and communication skills. The activity culminated in an educational exhibition where students applied their learning to create and present innovative models, enhanced by technology and creative tools like Canva, fostering practical application and public engagement.

Strategy that I always use is that:I got all parents Contact numbers.Whenever a student want to get leave he may write an application or in case of emergency he call me.If he is absent without informing.I call his/her parents and know the reason of his/her absent.Keep conncted with parents call them Individually through Call,Short notice and Keep write a note on their homewrok page.

Audio Visual learning enhance their memory and They can identify things and and remember them in stories they could imagine the concept of topic which they were shown .

Your idea is superb but it is very difficult to implement in those schools which have insufficient financial as well as technical

or digital resources.

We should see whether we are using old traditional methods or Using Modern pedagogy.
If we are still using teacher centered method then we should make change to Students Centre.
Therefore we can achieve highest output in education.

When you talk about management you have to make different management Committees like

• Financial Committee,
• Assessment Committee
• Extracurricular activities Committee,
• Quality enhance committee,
• Admissions Committee,
• Examination and
  etc.
  Now ,Give them different short term and long term goal task.through implementing these steps you can do whatever results you want to achieve.

Let them explain whatever they know if they answer wrong reply them that you are right but Its answer should b like this.Ask them a question whatever they say write on the board after discussion at the end you should answer relatively from their answers.
