@FarhanMehboob very interesting topic to raise over here. In my opinion, qualified person get less time to acheive their goals as compare to experience person. Now days education standards and quality more improved in coming generations. They have more capable and skilled as compare to experience persons. Suppose an experience person get this destination in 10 years as compare to qualified person can get this thing in 2 years. Just like boyles law" Qualification is inversely proportional to the time.

@FarhanMehboob From my point of view, I am a teacher who is looking for a qualification to increase his number of certificates or raise his social and cultural status. This is of no use, but...The teacher who is always looking to develop his profession and benefit others and always finds himself looking for something new will benefit himself.He will increase his experience and benefit others with what he has learned.

@FarhanMehboob Thanks for pointing out this and adding this thing in my knowledge that your brother 'Sir engr. Zeeshan' is one of those inspiring teachers. Though I have met those teachers that one of them is our chief head 'Sir Naseer Ahmed Memon,' very dedicated and hardworking person. He has improved our school so far and brought new facilities as well. Also brought new awareness and ideas among us (the staff teachers). give appreciation (the certificates) to the able teachers. I must say he is deserving for the most highly appreciation for his commitment and honest contributions towards the education.

Teaching it self a sacred profession, and comparison between teacher ia not possible, as every individual has own qualities so every teacher has their unique skills of teaching. Experience of any thing always make difference from the freshers. As far as qualified teachers are concerned they could be assumed as that they are well equipped. Qualified or trained teachers are coming by walking on the footsteps of experienced teachers.

         Teachers are born not made, they are polished.

A qualified teacher has the necessary credentials, such as degrees, certifications, and training, to meet the professional standards required to teach. They have completed formal education programs and often have specialized knowledge in their subject areas.

An experienced teacher, on the other hand, has spent significant time teaching and has developed practical skills and insights through years of working with students. Their experience allows them to handle classroom dynamics effectively, adapt teaching methods, and address diverse student needs.

While qualifications ensure a foundational level of knowledge and capability, experience contributes to practical expertise and the ability to manage real-world teaching challenges. Ideally, a teacher who is both qualified and experienced can offer the best educational outcomes for students.

@FarhanMehboob I think both are necessary & valuable , because all qualified teachers are not successful they have knowledge about what are they teaching that's ok but ...if they haven't experience how can they deal their students by different strategies.
In the same way if a teacher has much experience but doesn't have knowledge then how can he or she share their knowledge? How they satisfied their students when they give concept of any topic except dealing them?
That's why both are very important for a professional teacher
