Hello! Anastasiia, what a lovely name. thank you for your assistance and for welcoming me to the E-Tech forum. I am glad to be a part of this forum. let me introduce myself first,

I am Syeda Zikra.
I am from Pakistan and I live in Matli city, which is located in the Badin district.
I am a JEST (Junior elementary school teacher)

As a JEST, I teach classes 6, 7, and 8, covering eight different subjects.
As a class teacher for class 6, my role involves not only teaching but also organizing various extracurricular activities, such as science exhibitions and quiz competition.
I'm glad that I got an opportunities to improve my skills and motivate my students to be a part of other activities which take place in school.

My favorite part of my job is being able to lift students by saying a few inspiring words brightening their day by positive reinforcement like clapping for them and seeing them smiling and boosts their confidence which make me love my job.

I enjoy organizing my room, cleaning, and doing laundry, as these activities help me feel at ease. I also enjoy tending to my Jasmine plant and playing guitar in my free time.

My job is Teaching (Public Sector), Teaching Mathematics to Grade 6 to 8, committed to transforming traditional learning methods into more engaging and innovative experiences. My favorite part of teaching is inspiring students to think critically and creatively, equipping them with the skills to succeed in a rapidly evolving world.
In my spare times I enjoy exploring new educational approaches, particularly gamification and interactive learning, to make mathematics more engaging.
