RE: Family struggles and Poverty
yes Rida! you are right, many of the students from poor families are very intelligent and energetic, also love to work with peers, feel pleasure working or helping teachers. Once in my class I had a quiz competition, then I distributed small gifts among all students and in return I get huge smile and love for me, which is very precious for a teacher.

Supporting diverse learners
supporting diverse learners involves understanding and addressing their unique needs, abilities and leaning styles of each student but sometimes it is very difficult for the teacher to make strategy or plan a lesson including all these with in a limited passage of time. am I correct?

RE: Interactive whiteboard
No doubt IWBs are best way to present your lesson by showing videos and images of relevant topic. I personally experienced that the things which are difficult to understand by reading and listening, are easily understand by watching them in form of video. for example working of heart is quit difficult to understand by reading from the book but the same thing people can understand easily by watching video. therefore teachers must use IBWs in their classrooms according to heir students need.
