@SADAMd644b63b7a It's very respectful profession. All professions are respectful but it's more respectfully and loving that a teacher become a hero for his students.and students follow the teachers.
1- physically punishment is not good and it should not be. Children are very cute and sensitive. If we punish them they will not feel easy and it can put a negative impact to their mind.
2- Children follow the teachers so a teacher should be polite,humble, and soft hearted
3- teacher shuoul act like a child with students then they can feel easy, happy, they will learn with enjoy. -
@shamsa-kanwal agree with your thought

Dear Raj and all colleagues,
I believe that on forum Asking is sharing and Sharing is caring. So in context of taking care each other I am sharing responses of all questions raised by our beloved forum fellow as well as country fellow Sir @Raj-Kumar, from my insights.i) How does a teacher see their role as a primary school teacher?
A teacher sees their role as helping students learn and grow. They try to make the classroom a safe and friendly place where students can learn new things and feel good about themselves.
ii) What parts of their job does a teacher like the most and why?
A teacher loves seeing students learn and improve. They enjoy creating fun and interesting lessons that make students curious. Building strong relationships with students and helping them gain confidence is also very rewarding for them.
iii) What parts of their job does a teacher not like and why?
Teachers often find managing paperwork and administrative tasks challenging because it takes time away from teaching. Dealing with behavioral issues can also be tough, especially when it requires a lot of patience and understanding.
iv) What could be possible challenges in their job?
Some challenges include meeting the needs of all students, especially since everyone learns differently. Balancing the need to prepare students for tests while also providing a well-rounded education is another challenge. Time management and keeping up with new teaching methods can also be difficult.
v) How would a teacher handle these challenges?
To handle these challenges, a teacher keeps learning new skills and techniques by attending workshops and training. They work with other teachers and specialists to find the best ways to support their students. They also try to manage their time well and stay organized. Keeping open communication with students and their families helps everyone work together to support the student´s growth.
Hope I answered all askings to the point, if there is some thing wrong, please make me correct.
Thanking you all

@Noorulain-Khatri Why we call the teacher as our role model?
As we know that a teacher is a person,we respect and we always try to be like, thats why we call him as a role model.
he is a role model is someone who motivates us and inspires by his actions and behaviour.he is the person who inspires us to achieve our goals,greatness and reach our greatest potential .He recognizes our personality and whatever the best in ourselves.
A teacher is the someone who shows the students that how complete the tasks and goals.
A good teacher has the qualities that everyone wants to have.By his positive attributes he can attract the students as well as people towards him.
A teacher spend more than five hours daily with his students.they learn alot of things from their teacher.If the teacher works hard,the students will also work hard .
I. Short we can say that students are the reflection of their teacher.
So,we must strive to be the best and to learn how to behave and handle the every situation gracefully.Because a teacher always have many challenges in the professional life. -

What is an effective teacher?
How can I ensure my teaching is effective? These are questions which continue to fascinate both educators and researchers.
Understanding what constitutes effective teaching is an essential aspect of ongoing professional development – regardless of your job title or length of experience – but keeping up-to-date with best practice can be challenging alongside the everyday pressures and demands of the role. However, gaining a secure understanding of effective teaching and its importance does not have to be a laborious process. Trialling the latest, shiniest strategies can take our attention away from the core components of effective teaching – components which are often very simple to implement and practise within the classroom.

@Engr-Zeeshan absolutely sir you are right but I feel teacher should not afraid of managing paper work it's also a part of our job that we collect the data of our students and by this we can know more about our students. And it helps us to know students psyche
-
@shamsa-kanwal Aslam o Alaikum dear,
Thank you for your response. I completely agree that managing paperwork is an important part of our job, as it helps us understand our students better. My point was more about finding a balance between administrative tasks and actual teaching time. Too much paperwork can sometimes take away from the time we could spend engaging with our students. It's all about finding the right balance to ensure we can support our students effectively.
I hope you understand my point of view.

@Engr-Zeeshan actually we do same task at our school with teaching.

In the 21st century when getting any information is no longer a problem for learners, the teacher in the classroom should not be an information transmitter but rather a facilitator, whose role is to help learners develop skills and techniques which will ease the learning process. Besides, the teacher should create a safe learning environment where students will feel confident enough to express themselves freely without being afraid of making mistakes.
