Aging especially older adults who are still working in schools face more challenges in adopting new technologies in teaching process due to generational gaps or lack of ICT knowledge. The senior teachers / experts in field couldn't transfer their knowledge as their wish.

I'm Logeswari, from Malaysia. Married and have 3 children. I have a Bachelor of education in Mathematics and Masters in Education. Over the past 26 years, I have been a government primary school teacher. I received a few awards for my involvement in school and community such ‘Excellent service award’ for my teaching career, ‘The Ramanujan Award’ for my contribution helping young people realize their highest potential, ‘Tan Sri Augustine Ong Award’ for most outstanding teacher advisor and ‘Active teacher award’ in my teaching field. I have made a few contributions to local and international level on education programs. In the past 10 years I have been actively engaged in hands-on activities, using a variety of teaching materials including technologies to engage my students and encourage them to be involved in various innovation programs. Since 2013 my involvement in innovations and STEM created more than 70 projects up to national and international level and won certain awards.

Exactly, watching cartoons, making models using blocks, origami paper folding activities and fixing Lego parts has the potential to increase kids' creative thinking. The early birds to school, we arranged such activities so that they won’t waste their time.

I create a new norm classroom lesson time table for my students. Event though they are n ot enter to school, still i could conduct the lessons as usual without face to face.Here i attach a link for you all.

Hi, in my experiences after the covid pandemic, the flipped classrooms given more important to overcome certain problems such students attendants, their interest in using gadgets and duration availability of the lessons to complete. Of course the attraction in flipped classrooms more effectively compare to traditional classrooms. More over, globally there is education transformation focused to ICT based classrooms created more to flipped based classrooms.

The young inventors programs not even stimulate students mind for advance learning but they become more independent to communicate, highly creative thinkers, keep on trying attitude, keen to explore, love to read and give valuable feedbacks. An integrated approach of the innovation programs help students understand not only what they are learning but also why and how their learning can be applied

Truly its a good project to grow more production in agricultural. Balancing level of nutrients helps plant growth. The thing is need to do PH testing on the soil too. Because other organisms also living in the earth. Uneven salt nutrients also may become less soluble or even toxic. If acidic level increases in soil the microbes may be inhibited, affecting organic matter decomposition and nutrient availability.
Otherwise alkaline level increases can reduce microbial activity and slow down nutrient recycling. So, regular testing on the soil will be helps for you project to increase more crops too. Overall it is a good project to overcome global food crisis. Good idea. voted. -

Thank you for your review and interest on my solutions in my school. Actually, setting clear expectations through some maintenance agreements like follow-up upgrading's or regular services may ensure the potential for a long last. In my school , we have a skill based alumni students team to do the maintenance voluntarily. It reduces the expanses and increases man power to guide teachers to upgrade their knowledge on IT. -

Reading under a tree really makes a peaceful environment. Once upon a time, when I was 8 years old my teacher brought us to read under a tree. I sit and memorize the time table by napping on the grass floor and see the sky and clouds with nature wind blowing. BRYAN… sure it will be a fruitful activity for you. -

The usage of technologies in primary or secondary schools based on the facilities in schools. Like rural schools, even getting electricity is challenging. How they can think about internet connectivity. Most of the schools in rural areas also have the building not affordable for the technology equipment like computers, tablets, and other devices needed for students to access digital learning resources. So introducing technology in rural schools depends on the facilities they have.
Firstly, they need infrastructure improvement. Secondly, need fundings for acquiring computers, tablets, and educational software. The schools also need to get ready for maintenance challenges. -
