    • RE: Job Description of a teacher

@SADAMd644b63b7a It's very respectful profession. All professions are respectful but it's more respectfully and loving that a teacher become a hero for his students.and students follow the teachers.

1- physically punishment is not good and it should not be. Children are very cute and sensitive. If we punish them they will not feel easy and it can put a negative impact to their mind.
2- Children follow the teachers so a teacher should be polite, humble, and soft hearted
3- teacher shuoul act like a child with students then they can feel easy, happy, they will learn with enjoy.

@Raj-Kumar Teacher is the role modal for students specially primary students because they are children and what children see they do tha same. If there teacher is polite humble then children don fear and make him friends. And it's my opinion teacher shuoul act like a friend with students that they don't hasitate to share any thing.

@Shaikhkanwal0 chatgpt is a usefull tool and also help in learning, found a problem solution tool. No doubt it's save our too much time and use full in classroom too, but I feel by using this tool as much we become dependent on it. Like chatGPT and other AI tools. We stop or thinking power and ask the questions to chatGPT or other AI tools.

    • Respect to your children and there thoughts.

Some students are more fluent, some are shy, some can't speake ,some feel hesituation, there are many kinds of students present in one classroom ,
And to manage them it's difficult but not impossible.
children experience everything they follow you , they noticed you so a teacher should maintain his or herslf. And should b polite when he or she speake he should know about that, that by his words noone feel uncomfortable, he or she should available for students and show as a friend that a students can share his thoughts with his mentor ,his guider, his facilitator,
And try to solve that and should increase his confidence.

      hello dear!
Really it's amazing forest education is very interesting by this student feel relax, and also feel mentally , physically fit. And learn more then four wall's classroom. By outdoor activities not only students learn but also it's fruitful for teachers too.
By outdoor activities and by forest education we learn more and more. it unique idea for us .
But mostly in villages there is forest education, mostly they have open classroom
      It's very enjoyable .
And I experienced this by myself .
Open area, birds voice, greeny view, it's amazing for us
But also difficult for them .
      They learn by the nature.
