Today’s teacher is expected to:

I am a teacher—not just by profession, but by passion. My day starts long before the school bell rings and ends long after the students leave. I plan lessons with care, ensuring each concept becomes simple, engaging, and meaningful. From checking notebooks to preparing activities, every detail matters because my students’ success is my true reward.

I have worked in a rural area for two years. And I have experienced that the biggest problem in learning is poverty. Children do not get that environment at home to progress in learning. Especially when we talk about involving digital techniques in learning. The biggest thing is that there is no environment at home where children can learn. For example, we introduced ChatGPT in the classroom. But many children do not have a mobile phone. They do not know how to use it. So how can they be accepted in learning? Another thing I experienced was that if we experiment with small things in the classroom, which are very acceptable in learning. Children learn practically. But then there is an issue.

Visual learning is important because it helps people understand and remember information more effectively. Images, diagrams, and videos can simplify complex ideas. It engages multiple senses, which strengthens memory. Visuals can make learning more interesting and interactive. They are especially useful for learners who struggle with text-based information.

Girls’ education remains a significant issue, particularly in countries or communities where it is not given adequate importance. Teaching in such environments presents numerous challenges, from societal barriers to a lack of resources. However, with the right mindset and approach, change is possible.
In my experience, I found it especially difficult to make meaningful progress within the classroom alone. Recognizing this, I decided to implement a few strategies outside the classroom, and I observed very encouraging results. These efforts not only helped improve learning outcomes but also increased motivation and participation among girls.

There are many creative and impactful activities we can do to promote girls’ education, such as:

Community Awareness Programs – Engaging parents and local leaders in conversations about the value of educating girls.
Incentives for Attendance – Small rewards or recognition can encourage regular attendance and parental support.

Social media, when used thoughtfully, can be a powerful educational tool. It supports interactive learning, fosters communication, and prepares students for the digital world.

Games capture learners’ attention by making learning fun and interactive. This engagement is particularly useful for maintaining focus, especially in younger learners or those with short attention spans.

SEL is essential for life skills that support personal development, positive relationships, and long-term success. As it develops :

1. Self-Awareness and Confidence

Students learn to recognize their emotions, strengths, and areas for growth.

This boosts self-esteem and helps them set personal goals.

2. Emotional Regulation

SEL teaches strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and frustration.

Students who can regulate emotions tend to make better decisions and handle challenges more effectively.

3. Improved Relationships

Programs focus on empathy, active listening, and communication.

Students become better at forming and maintaining healthy friendships and resolving conflicts peacefully.

helping students with trauma, anxiety, or other mental health issues and acting as mentors or counselors without formal training
