@Sanaa I usually give 15 minutes for debate competition every week about the same topic we are discussing in oral activities...
It's not about informations ...it's about critical methodology

RE: Reducing Test Anxiety Through Practice and Support
While testing children I usually tell them that we have a competition between us so they will do their best to compete.
Sometimes I never tell them that they are being tested I just make some games and make it as if I am taking points.️

The Fear of Speaking Wrong
Many learners stay silent out of fear of mispronouncing words. But silence slows progress. Encouragement, not correction, builds bravery.
How do you reduce fear in your speaking activities? -
Listening Before Speaking
️ Good pronunciation starts with listening. Exposing students to native speech , through songs, videos, or audiobooks , helps tune their ears.
What listening tools do you use to support speaking? -

Teaching with Different Types of Intelligence in Mind
Not every student learns the same way ,and that’s a good thing!
Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences reminds us that intelligence isn’t just about book smarts. It includes:*Linguistic (words & reading)
*Logical-mathematical (numbers & reasoning)
*Musical (sounds & rhythms)
*Bodily-kinesthetic (movement & hands-on)
*Spatial (images & visualization)
*Interpersonal (people & communication)
*Intrapersonal (self-awareness)
*Naturalistic (nature & environment)
When teachers design lessons that tap into different intelligences, all students have a chance to shine and succeed.
How do you adapt your teaching to your students’ unique strengths?

Is It Time to Get Rid of Old-Schooling and Switch Fully to Online Teaching?
The pandemic, 5 years ago, pushed us online fast ... showing the benefits of flexibility, access to resources, and learning anytime, anywhere.
But is fully online education the answer?Old-school classrooms offer something technology can’t replace easily:
Human connection
Hands-on activities
Social skills and teamwork
Immediate feedback and support
Maybe the future isn’t either,or , it’s blending the best of both worlds.
Hybrid learning models can combine the strengths of face to face teaching with the flexibility of online tools. What do you think? Should schools go fully online, stick to traditional classrooms, or mix both?

Continuous Teacher Training: A Necessity or a Luxury?
In a world that’s changing every day, is it enough to teach with what we learned years ago?
Ongoing professional development isn’t a luxury ، it’s a lifeline for teachers who want to stay effective, inspiring, and up to date. 🧠Technology has changed. Students have changed. Even curricula have evolved.
So why should the teacher stay the same?Investing in teachers’ growth = investing in students’ future.
Do you think continuous training should be mandatory for all teachers? Why or why not?

Farming in School: Growing Minds While Growing Plants 🌽📚
What if the best classroom had no walls ,just soil, seeds, and sunlight?
School farming teaches students more than how to grow food.
It teaches patience, responsibility, teamwork, and respect for nature.Children learn where their food comes from, how to care for the Earth, and how to work together ,with their hands and their hearts.
It’s science, health, and life skills… all in one garden bed.️
In a fast-paced world, farming reminds us to slow down and connect with something real.
For me every year I enjoy the ecology unit because it allows us to go out of routine and build connection with nature...our school garden becomes full of life and joy.
️
Does your school have a garden? Would you start one?

Do We All Need a Morality Subject Like in Japan?l
Japan teaches moral education as a regular subject ,not just rules, but values: empathy, honesty, respect, responsibility.
In a world full of fast change and digital noise, maybe it’s time we all asked:
Should schools teach how to be good humans ,not just good students? What do you think dear colleagues?
Should morality be taught like math? -
Holograms in the Classroom? 🚀
Imagine a student meeting a 3D version of Cleopatra during a history lesson or exploring the solar system without leaving the room.
With holograms, learning becomes visual, interactive, and unforgettable. It’s not just tech for show , it’s a powerful tool to spark curiosity, bring abstract ideas to life, and help all learners see what they’re learning. 🧠
.Would you use holograms in your classroom? For what subject?

Group Work: Where Learning Meets Collaboration 🧠✨
In a world that thrives on teamwork, the classroom should be no different.
Group work isn't just about dividing tasks — it's about building communication, empathy, leadership, and problem-solving skills. When students learn with each other, they learn from each other.
They discover new perspectives, learn to listen, and grow as a community , one discussion, one project, one laugh at a time.Because some of the best lessons don’t come from books ,they come from working together.
What’s your favorite group activity to use in class?

Teaching Global Citizenship: More Than a Lesson, It's a Mindset 🌍

Because the future needs more than knowledge , it needs kindness, courage, and connection.
How do you teach global citizenship in your classroom?
