Hey All,
Classroom jobs have been a huge help in managing routines.
This year I assigned classroom jobs (like tech helper, supply manager, clean-up lead), and it’s been a game-changer for classroom management.
The students feel ownership, and I spend less time managing minor routines.
But now I’m curious, do classroom jobs really work at every grade level?
Any tips for keeping it more organized week-to-week?

I am a Catholic Christian from Pakistan.
I am a Zoologist by Profession and an Educator.
I teach Science and Biology.
I spend time with animals specially the stray animals, feeding them makes me happy. I am trying to bring a change for stray animals.

Today, I had the privilege of leading a meaningful plantation drive with my enthusiastic students at school. Together, we planted trees not just in soil, but in the hearts of young learners ,nurturing values of responsibility, care, and environmental awareness.
This hands-on activity was part of our Teaching Green initiative, helping students understand the vital role trees play in combating climate change and protecting our planet.
Moments like these go beyond textbooks they sow the seeds of a greener, more conscious future. Grateful to witness such energy and commitment from our future leaders.!

Totally agree, Creative brain breaks are a game-changer when you're feeling stuck. Switching attention to something entirely different can help stimulate new ideas and perspectives.
I use hands-on activities of art which are great ways to refresh mind and spark inspiration.

I’m thrilled to share my first-ever podcast interview experience, where I highlighted how social media can be a powerful tool to promote girls’ education, supporting SDG Goal 4 Quality Education.
In many parts of the world, girls are still forgotten in class but through digital platforms, we’re ensuring they are found on screen learning, growing, and raising their voices.
I’m especially proud that my students are actively creating video presentations and publishing them on my YouTube channel, turning their learning into inspiring digital stories.
I’m also excited to be a part of the UNESCO 3.0 Teachers Competition, a platform that celebrates innovative teaching approaches and global learning connections.

As more schools in Pakistan adopt digital methods, we're seeing a big shift in how teaching and learning happen—especially in urban and semi-urban areas. From apps like Sabaq.pk and Taleemabad to platforms like Google Classroom, Kahoot!, and Edmodo, teachers now have more options than ever

@LISELLI My students absolutely love locally created videos, especially animations.They seem to resonate more with the content when it's relatable to their own culture and environment. The animations, in particular, are a hit - they help make complex concepts more engaging and easier to understand. I've noticed that the videos spark interesting discussions and debates, and the students are more likely to ask questions and explore topics further.

However, it may also pose barriers for students struggling with technology. To address this, educators can offer support, modifications, and accessible design. As educators, we don't just teach lessons , we nurture values. This week, our classroom extended beyond walls as we took learning into nature with a plantation drive.

My students and I got our hands dirty planting saplings, learning about sustainability, and discussing how small actions lead to a greener future. Watching them connect with the earth and take ownership of their plants was truly inspiring.
