Hi dear,
The best way for these introverts is to make them sit in peer or groups, in collaborative learning, they come up with some extra-ordinary ideas which they are reluctant to speak in front of whole class, however in peers or groups they can easily share their ideas.

RE: Why SLO based lesson plan is more effective?
Hi dear,
Obviously, SLO plays the role of your destination where you want to reach, without prior work, estimations, route analysis, you can't achieve your destiny. SLO provides guidance to think of strategies as per the lesson, differentiating instructions as per the need of students and lastly to check if you have achieved in the end what you have planned or work out in the beginning. -

RE: Emotional Intelligence
Hi dear,
Yes, it should be the key subject for the teaching in school, of not in the form of subject then at least should be the part of counselling member. Every time when we are dealing, motivating, acquiring answers from students, we are actually dealing with their emotions. This should not only be taught for students but for teachers too. for a healthy and smooth school environment, learning emotional intelligence is necessary for teacher and student both. -

RE: Teaching computer education without computers
Hi dear,
I agreed with your perspective, however this is also a quality of a teacher to meet the needs of students with limited resources. we also fave technology shortage in our school but somehow managed to integrate technology in our classrooms. Your passion for teaching must be higher than any other hurdles. -
RE: Podcasting for reflective learning
Hi,
this is really a great approach to record and take feedback of students, I believe your students feel great encouragement and motivation to record their responses as podcast. I also agree this strategy gave chances for less speakers to speak and overcome their hesitation. -
RE: Assessing the diversity of activities according to student level in a way that is easy for both students and teachers.
Hi dear,
this seems to be easy to assess the students with diverse needs but in reality, it is not that much easy, first planning the lesson then designing assessments for diversity classroom required carefulness and time taking process. Once you achieve the target, it will be again a careful planning for the next lesson and assessment strategy. -

RE: Developing intrinsic motivation among learners
I really appreciate your strategy of increasing difficulty level, the more comfortable the child feels in class, the more he/she likely to engage or learn. One strategy could be make a group of these learners and initiate competitions in them for writing, reading and speaking, based on low level difficulties and the increase the difficulty level.

RE: Use of smart phones in class
Hello!
What I believe is use of smart phones in junior classes won't be that much distracting, like students follow the instructions of teachers, guide them to open the required website/link, they will follow whatever instructed by teacher. For High school students, you need to be focused and have strong communication with them, give them time limit to read/explore, this will also be helpful, so that they won't go for browsing other stuff on smart phone. -
Connecting Classrooms to Real Life: Making Learning Effective Through Everyday Real Life Examples
At our school, we've discovered that linking lessons to real-life examples transforms how students engage with learning. Whether it's explaining chemical reactions through cooking, teaching geometry by showing home layouts, or exploring environmental science through local issues like water conservation, students are found more curious, engaged, motivated, and involved.
Please share your favorite real-life examples used in the classroom or any innovative ideas that helped you make learning more meaningful and relatable for your students. What difference have you observed when students learn this way?
Let’s share experiences and inspire one another to build stronger learning connections for our students every day!
