• **Qualified Teacher and Experienced Teacher.**

    @Asmashahzad1985
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. You make a good point about the balance between qualifications and experience. While qualifications can help achieve goals faster because of the knowledge and skills they provide, experience gives practical insights that you can't always learn in school.

  • @Iqra-khan That's a great statement! You've succinctly highlighted the importance of both experience and ongoing education for teachers. Here's a rephrased version with some minor tweaks for clarity and emphasis:

"Experience is essential for teachers to prepare for upcoming challenges and plan effective classes. It helps them understand institutional systems, navigate parent-teacher dynamics, address student needs, and develop scaffolding strategies. However, experience alone is insufficient; teachers must also commit to ongoing education to stay current with emerging trends and research in education. By combining experience with continuous learning, teachers can provide high-quality education that addresses the evolving needs of their students and stays relevant in an ever-changing educational landscape."

Your original statement is already great, but this rephrased version aims to make it even clearer and more concise!

  • @Siza-73fd5aa5ff Thanks for sharing your ideas and experiences. The Certificates are also an achievement. It shows your dedication towards the goal.

  • @FarhanMehboob Thanks for pointing out this and adding this thing in my knowledge that your brother 'Sir engr. Zeeshan' is one of those inspiring teachers. Though I have met those teachers that one of them is our chief head 'Sir Naseer Ahmed Memon,' very dedicated and hardworking person. He has improved our school so far and brought new facilities as well. Also brought new awareness and ideas among us (the staff teachers). give appreciation (the certificates) to the able teachers. I must say he is deserving for the most highly appreciation for his commitment and honest contributions towards the education.
    Thanks!

    Hello Sir,
Teaching it self a sacred profession, and comparison between teacher ia not possible, as every individual has own qualities so every teacher has their unique skills of teaching. Experience of any thing always make difference from the freshers. As far as qualified teachers are concerned they could be assumed as that they are well equipped. Qualified or trained teachers are coming by walking on the footsteps of experienced teachers.

Teachers are born not made, they are polished.

A qualified teacher has the necessary credentials, such as degrees, certifications, and training, to meet the professional standards required to teach. They have completed formal education programs and often have specialized knowledge in their subject areas.

An experienced teacher, on the other hand, has spent significant time teaching and has developed practical skills and insights through years of working with students. Their experience allows them to handle classroom dynamics effectively, adapt teaching methods, and address diverse student needs.

While qualifications ensure a foundational level of knowledge and capability, experience contributes to practical expertise and the ability to manage real-world teaching challenges. Ideally, a teacher who is both qualified and experienced can offer the best educational outcomes for students.

  • @FarhanMehboob Great dear friend, Thank you for sharing your insightful perspective on the differences between qualified and experienced teachers. I agree that the ideal educator is one who has both strong theoretical knowledge from formal training as well as substantial practical experience in the classroom.

In my search, some of the most outstanding educators of the 21st century have been those who have been able to masterfully blend these two crucial elements. A few examples I found from searching:

    1. Sir Ken Robinson (1950-2020) - An internationally renowned education reformer, speaker, and author. He advocated for a radical rethinking of the education system to foster creativity and personalized learning. Robinson had a PhD in education, but also drew extensively on his experience as a teacher and school advisor.

    2. Jaime Escalante (1930-2010) - A Bolivian-American math teacher who famously turned his underprivileged students at Garfield High School into Advanced Placement Calculus stars. Escalante had a strong mathematics background, but also developed unparalleled expertise in student motivation and hands-on, real-world teaching techniques.

    3. Esther Wojcicki - A veteran high school journalism and English teacher, author, and digital learning pioneer. Wojcicki blends her decades of classroom experience with a deep knowledge of educational psychology and technology-enabled pedagogies.

    4. Salman Khan - The founder of the Khan Academy online learning platform. Khan has a background in finance and technology, but has also spent extensive time developing simple, intuitive teaching methods based on his understanding of how students learn best.

    Best regards

  • @FarhanMehboob I think both are necessary & valuable , because all qualified teachers are not successful they have knowledge about what are they teaching that's ok but ...if they haven't experience how can they deal their students by different strategies.
In the same way if a teacher has much experience but doesn't have knowledge then how can he or she share their knowledge? How they satisfied their students when they give concept of any topic except dealing them?
That's why both are very important for a professional teacher

  • @MJANKb9ddefc9b1 exactly πŸ‘πŸ».in my opinion both qualities are very important for a professional & successful teacher

  • @Engr-Zeeshan Yes exactly sirπŸ‘πŸ» I think both qualities should be present in the professional & successful teacher

  • @Asmashahzad1985 Dear asma you have explained very well briefly πŸ‘πŸ»

  • @FarhanMehboob the best educators aare only who update their students about the modern era to compitent the world.who has always the thirst to seek the knowledge.have great experiences and observations.they improve them selves as well as teachings methods.

  • @FarhanMehboob Sure! Here’s the translation of your request:

"When it comes to choosing between a 'Qualified Teacher' and an 'Experienced Teacher', it depends on the context and specific needs.

    • Qualified Teacher: This means that the teacher has the official qualifications such as degrees and licenses required for teaching. This might be more important in educational settings that require certain standards.

    • Experienced Teacher: This refers to a teacher who has several years of experience in teaching, which means they might be better equipped to handle classroom challenges and motivate students.

If you are looking to hire a teacher, it is best to consider a combination of both, as a qualified teacher with experience will have a greater impact on students' learning and academic development."

  • Thanks for sharing. In my opinion, the best teacher is the one who can engage his students in his lessons and students find leisure in attending his /her sessions with much enjoyment.
