Very true. To help students manage stress, I focus on building a supportive classroom environment, encourage open communication, and teach time management and relaxation techniques. I also incorporate short mindfulness activities and regularly check in with students to ensure they feel heard and supported. Small efforts can make a big difference. -

When I feel that the performance of my students is not good then I talk to them and their parents to find out the reason. If the factors are under my control then solve them and if they concern with parents then I communicate with them to solve the problems.Sobia
