    Teachers are facilitators, and teaching is lifelong process so every teachers should refresh their knowledge and skills. Technologies used in education has made teaching and learning process more easy and interactive. The old educators are some time technophobia, and new learning seems to them time-consuming. So if they are referred to some trainings and their young fellow help them and introduce easy and friendly tools to fill the gape.
