• **Qualified Teacher and Experienced Teacher.**

As per my research and having a good experience in teaching my point of view is that: A Qualified Teacher has formal education like Bachelor of Education, aster of Education, certification, and theoretical knowledge from a teacher preparation program, while an experienced teacher has gained substantial practical knowledge and skills through years of classroom teaching. Qualified teachers are well-versed in modern teaching methods and educational theories, but may lack extensive hands-on experience. In contrast, experienced teachers excel in classroom management, adaptability, and building strong relationships with students due to their prolonged time in the field. Ideally, the best educators are both qualified and experienced, blending formal training with real-world insight.

In your eyes who is the best educator in 21st Century?? Your opinions may help me for my knowledge.

As no comparison with our eyes, qualification considers one eye and experience is another eye. The weightage of both are equal. When qualifications and experience are combined, educators can draw on both theoretical knowledge and practical wisdom to enhance student learning. So, the best educators are those who continually seek to improve through a balance of both qualifications and practical experience.

Beyond imparting knowledge, they instill a love for learning, foster critical thinking, and nurture the essential skills and mindset that empower students to excel in the classroom and beyond.

  • @FarhanMehboob my dear brother both qualified and experienced teachers bring valuable qualities to the classroom, but in the context of Pakistan, where educational resources and training can be limited, experienced teachers often have the upper hand. They can navigate the challenges of the local education system with practical insights and adapt their methods to the specific needs of their students. However, it's crucial to note that qualifications provide a strong foundation in pedagogical theory and best practices, which is equally important. Ideally, the best teachers would combine both solid qualifications and substantial experience to offer the most effective education.

  • I believe that experience helps teachers to be prepared for all the upcoming challenges while planning their classes. They are well aware of the systems, do's and don'ts of institutions, parents reservations, students needs and ways to scaffold but experience alone is not enough as teachers have to update themselves every passing day. They have to familiarize themselves with current trends in education as both of them are pillars of quality education

  • @FarhanMehboob Thank you for sharing this.

In my opinion, qualifications and experiences both are needed in this field. I myself am an experienced teacher. I also have some qualifications in it but I still have to work on myself to improve my teaching skills.

  • @FarhanMehboob very interesting topic to raise over here. In my opinion, qualified person get less time to acheive their goals as compare to experience person. Now days education standards and quality more improved in coming generations. They have more capable and skilled as compare to experience persons. Suppose an experience person get this destination in 10 years as compare to qualified person can get this thing in 2 years. Just like boyles law" Qualification is inversely proportional to the time.😊😊🤗
