@Ridafatima95 Flipped learning approach has been my order of the day in my classroom, I usually upload videos on edpuzzle for my learners who are day students to watch, make their personal notes and come back to school for in-depth -discussion, this always make my class engaging and interacting. Talk for learning is usually seen in my class.

@Bushra-Tahir Visual and Augmented Reality makes learning pretty exciting, enhances learners sense of belonging and interactiveness is increased but it has a little underlying disadvantages including high costs, technical issues, potential distractions, and ethical concerns. But my main concern is ethical concerns regarding data privacy and security need to be addressed very well also pre - device test should be done very well to avoid class breaks or distraction when using AR in the classroom.

I also believe wearable technology enhances stimulation in the classroom since it create a dynamic and interactive learning experience that caters to different learning styles and keeps students actively involved.

@BEGUM0167087d15 Blending psychology with technology is a perfect approach to teaching because psychosocial support in class strengthens protective factors, promotes healthy relationships, and enhances social cohesion so combining this with technology boost the overall confident of the learners in terms of technology wise and psychosocial life.

I absolutely agreed with you @ErumAkram after 50 year the use of technology tool will be adequate and Virtual classrooms will be more.

Digital natives are individuals who have grown up in the age of digital technology and are familiar with computers, the internet, smartphones, and social media from an early age. The term was coined by Marc Prensky in 2001 to describe the generation of students who were born into the digital world, as opposed to digital immigrants, who had to adapt to digital technology later in life. In as much as we are teaching student to acquired skills and knowledge it is equally important to let them become digital natives to be able to fit into this digital era.

Yes off course, Gender Equity and Social Inclusion (GESI) is a cross cutting issue in my Ghana's new curriculum (Standard Based Curriculum), I have personally started practice it in my classroom and realise that it has indeed help rebuild confident in the both genders, especially the Girl Child, it has also encourage a high sense of togetherness and collaboration my classroom.

Hands-on experiments are designed to be engaging, practical, and build digital literacy skills progressively.

yes we can manage time, resources and planning to include ICT subject. i.e Introduction to programming.

How:

• list item Keeping sessions 30–45 minutes long to allow hands-on engagement.
• list item Use group work to encourage collaboration.
• list item Integrate real-world themes like climate change or local culture into tasks.
• list item Encourage students to present or explain what they built.

Flipped Classroom can equally be best for hand-on experiments because learners will have the chance to explore advance before meeting the teacher in the classroom.

In my country Ghana, learners are not allow to use smartphones in the class, this policy end up to the tertiary where student are feel to do so. I personal agreed with this policy because as a tech Savvy like me, I understand the consequences of using smart phone in class especially High school, can bring i.e Irrelevant content, distraction in class etc.., I always agreed to the point that until learners are monitored and strict cyber security measures are putting in place in Ghana, learners should not be allowed to use smartphone in the class.

Personally I usually downloads instructional videos on youtube directly using the "savefromNet" where video links are copied and pasted in the website, and then access is granted to download it for free. after this even with or without reliable network I am good to do.

Flipped learning is an instructional approach and a type of blended learning that reverses the traditional learning environment by delivering instructional content, often online, outside of the classroom. In a flipped classroom, students engage with new material at home (via videos, readings, or other digital content) and then apply that knowledge in class through activities, discussions, and problem-solving with the teacher's guidance.
Flipped learning has positive impact of both learners and teachers.

1. Video Based Flipped learning :

This is where video is assigned to learners with infused question to drag comprehension through online platforms like edpuzzles, Flipgrid,playposit,nearpod etc..
# 2. Games Based Flipped Learning:
This is where educational games like kahoot,Blooket,padket,Games based learning to engage learning whiles learning and understanding new concepts.
#3 TextBook Based Flipped Learning:
This is where student are been assigned or asked to read some articles, novels or even passage to get familiar and join the class with sufficient background.
4. # Research based Flipped Learning:
This is useful for new topic , here learners are made to do small or sometimes intensive research before coming to the class.
5. Project Based Flipped Learning:
This is where learners are assigned small project before the actual content in the class, learners are made to have first hand experience of the project before actually meeting in the classroom.
6. # Blog Based Flipped Learning :
This is where the teacher update his or her blog daily as learners follows and read content from there, learners are prepared enough before coming to the school.
7. Group Based Flipped Learning:
This encourages collaboration and health competition among students, learners are made to join the class after group discussion and outcomes.
8. # Faux Flipped learning:
This is aim at replacing the tradition homework with digital tool like laptop or online assignment and after learners are done one to one interaction is done by the teacher
Here leaners can work with his tablet or laptop.

This is very useful in terms of the classroom setting brain break is more like Ice breakers, which is It’s quick, fun, and encourages discussion in the classroom.

A resource person plays a vital role in enhancing the teaching and learning process. Their importance is evident both before and during teaching, as they provide expert knowledge, real-world context, and support for effective instructional delivery.

Before Teaching:

1. Planning and Curriculum Development:
   Resource persons help in designing curriculum and lesson plans that are aligned with current industry practices and academic standards. They offer insights to ensure the content is relevant, up-to-date, and practical.

   Teachers may not be subject-matter experts in every aspect of a topic. Resource persons bridge this gap by sharing specialized knowledge. They ensure that the information to be taught is accurate and thorough.
