@Sayeda-Afshan I think we also give home work like a activity foam in which parents participation should also be involved.it increase the interest rate of parents as well as students in home work ..like a puzzle base activity or questioners activities in any topics what's increase the interest level of both .

As a teacher, you can help your students build resilience and cope with stress by creating a positive classroom environment, teaching mindfulness techniques, encouraging physical activity, fostering a growth mindset, connecting with students, encouraging positive self-talk, providing opportunities for relaxation.

    • RE: Overcoming Tech Resistance in Schools

I think the main reason behind this issue is lack of confidence in teachers . firstly we should train teachers to build confidence level In them inorder to use these technologies freely at class. Because many teachers feel fear of failure to use technologies Infront of student ..so allow and encourage them to let them freely use these tools in class .be ause practice and more practice make men perfect ....

    • RE: How Can We Bring More Parents to PTMs?

Iam also belong to rural area so being a teacher over there Iam đź’Ż agreed with your statement.i think villagers are normally uneducated.tjey don't know how to behave at school how they should have to take interest in their children's daily school routine or education because they think its not necessary for them especially for their girls. As early child marriage is common in them .
I think being a teachers it's our responsibility to call PTM at least twice a month to educate parents and encouragement them to accept and perform their parents duties very well ..

    • The growing demand of online degree.

Yes, the growing demand for online degrees is generally considered a positive trend in 21 century.bexcause it's ffering significant benefits to both students and institutions. Online learning provides flexibility, accessibility, and cost-effectiveness, making higher education more attainable for a wider range of individuals. Furthermore, online programs are increasingly recognized as valuable by employers, with many HR leaders perceiving them as equal to traditional degrees.
But on the other hand most of people's are thinking it's wastage of money ,time and individual efforts to makes themselves a successful person . What you think guys give your feedback ??

    • RE: Flipped Classroom Implementation: Share Your Experiences!

As a school teacher I can speak with some authority on this subject. One of my favorite sayings is this, “Nobody learns anything by listening to a lecture.” So, I would answer that flipped learning works better than conventional lecturing.

You can test what I have written. Think back to your last year of formal education. You must have spent hundreds of hours listening to teachers lecture. How many points from those lectures can you remember today? What task can you complete using any method that a professor taught you in class?

We don’t learn by listening. We learn by doing. In the flipped model, students consume the content via video lecture or reading prior to the class. In the classroom, they spend their time grappling with the content through activity-based learning. This method is far more effective than forcing students to sit through boring lectures to hear things they are going to forget as soon as the course is done.

    • RE: "How labeling impacts children "

@Imamuddin-Khaskh sir I think child labeling refers to describing any child regarding there appearance, behaviour or personality by using adjectives words .like he is too shy .he intelligent or attractive in class. It increase or give a scale to rate any individual students and allow them to improve them selves day by day .

    • Is there any place of old teaching methods in 21st century??

As we live in the 21st century—often referred to As21st century is the age of technology—new inventions and advancements are continually emerging, making life more convenient. While modern teaching methods are gaining popularity, there is still value in traditional approaches.

The 21st-century classroom emphasizes critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and the development of reasoning skills. Students are encouraged to ask questions, evaluate information, synthesize ideas, and solve problems through projects and collaborative learning. Teachers play a crucial role in guiding students to sharpen these skills.

However, traditional teaching methods—such as lectures and group discussions—still hold significance, especially in rural areas where both students and teachers may be resistant to adopting newer methods. In such contexts, the structured nature of conventional teaching continues to be effective and relevant.
