I was in a teachers training. During the session, in an activity, one of the senior teachers, raised a question.
**Do you read books about teaching, new policies or new researches? **
There was a pin drop silence.
This small question was so impactful that changed me.
I started reading books about teaching, using internet and searching new policies and research
What about you?
Do you read books about teaching new policies and researches?

Every Child Is Different
In the class, we usually try to teach students with the same approach. Although, it has been observed that all students do not get with the same. They may be visual learners auditory learners, reading/writing learners, kinesthetic learners.
A teacher should know his students well and teach them accordingly
Do you use different approachea to teach the students?
Have you ever assessed which type of learners are in majority in the class? -
Change is inevitable
The world is changing and the systems are being upgraded. There was a time when the teachers had to rely on lectures.
Slowly and gradually, the students became center and new strategies were introduced.
Teachers training institutions were formed to train teachers according to the needs of modern world.
The educators who do not change with time and modern needs, may feel difficulties.
Let's hear from you, what do you say about it l. -

Thank you ma'am for your comments.
Yes it is about label that intentionally or unintentionally we give to students.
For example, if we tell a student that he can never perform well. The student will have this statement in his mind and he will never ever try perform better.
Therefore we should general terms, positive and encouraging words. -
