      Hello,
      Students regularity is a key factor for improving the academic performance. In order to ensure student's regularity, school administrators in collaboration with his staffs organised various activities at school related to the Curriculum and extracurricular. In low performing schools, parent mediator liaise with parents so as to motivate children to come to school.

      @MJANKb9ddefc9b1
      Hello,
      You should adapt your teaching methods as per the learning needs of students. Use innovative pedagogies so as to make teaching and learning fun. Groupwork and peer tutoring will also be beneficial. Integrate educational tools related related to alphabets recognition. You should also encourage student’s participation by creating a conducive learning environment. As a facilitator, you can put sand in a big box and ask your student to design alphabets. Conducts more hands on activities.

      @NaseemShaheen94
      Hello,

      Bullying has become a world-wide issue which needs urgent intervention. As you mentioned in Korea it is an alarming issue, I firmly believe that higher authorities should take immediate actions so as to prevent bullying in schools. Various strategies can be embedded in school systems and processes to hamper bullying. It is the prime duty of any Minsitry to take corrective measures to prevent bullying.

      Hello Bryan,
      Thanks for sharing the link concerning the implemention of a forest school. School leaders should encourage it in their institutions as it will sensitise our young learners about the importance of the environment. The document you shared highlights the responsibilities of the school leader who is planning to implement a forest school.

      @Samar-Mohamed
      Hello Samar,
      The administrator can encourage teachers to organise role play on the theme of values and diversity and provide incentives to students. This activity organised at school level, will encourage student's participation. They will be engaged in activities and ultimately result in less bullying behaviours.

      @Samar-Mohamed
      Hello Samar,
      The concept of 3Rs can be encouraged among learners to prevent plastic pollution: reduce, reuse and recycle. In my school, we are sensitising students about protecting the environment. Parents and members of the community are involved in school activities to prevent plastic pollution. Plastic bottles available at school are being transformed into flower pots and students are encouraged to plant their favourite flowers.

    • RE: Building Confidence: How Inclusive Teaching Transforms Student Self-Esteem

      @Samreen-Tahir
      Hello Samreen,
      I personally think inclusive teaching will definitely create more confidence in a child. When a teacher adapts and accommodates the curriculum, devise various teaching strategies as well as innovative pedagogies. The child does not lag behind in the teaching and learning process though the diverse learning needs. This ultimately boost up his confidence and self esteem.

      Hello Nundraj,

      I find the 3D tactile printing interesting as it is an effective way to promote inclusiveness in the classroom. Students having special needs can be engaged through the 3D tactile printing. Can you please send us an example of it? Bryan is a specialised SPED teacher. It might be useful to you too.
