Yes non verbal communication plays very effective role. If we compare non verbal communication with verbal communication then non verbal communicstion's role is 75% where as verbal communication's role is 25%.
When we talk about non verbal communication it should be positive. Non verbal communication can be positve as well as as negative. Positive non verbal communication is effective where as negative non verbal communication leaves negative effects. So in a classroom a teacher's gestures, body language should be positive.
