Students of Sehriyo School have developed a project to green the territory of the Mehr dog shelter. The campaign is held annually and has already become a tradition. The sixth graders take responsibility for the project every year. Pupils plant trees and bushes, decorate the territory with flowers, making the stay of dogs in the shelter more comfortable. All data, files and photos from the activities can be found on the Mehr Shelter website. This project helps students to develop a sense of responsibility and care for animals, as well as to contribute to improving the environmental situation.
This photo shows students from my class.
I love organizing such actions with my students.

@Shakhnoza Dear actually it is important project. green roofs offer added benefits such as reducing and filtering stormwater runoff; absorbing pollutants and carbon dioxide; providing natural habitat; and in the case of intensive green roofs, serving as recreational green space.
