To evaluate the projects of others you should keep in mind four things; (1) Relevance (2) Scability (3) Innovstion and (4) Interactivity
(1) Is it related with the topic? Does it reflect the topic?
(2) can it be replicated to other schools?
(3) Is it innovative?
(4) Is the content interacting?
Keeping these four things projects of others are evaluated. You should give weightage to each when evaluating.
