• Let's talk about climate change affect in the educational system?

    @Burfatmukhtiar
Schools may face disruptions or damage from extreme weather events such as floods, dry weather season or wildfires affecting the physical safety and accessibility of school buildings. Increasing temperatures can lead to heatwaves, affecting students' and teachers' health and comfort, particularly in schools without adequate cooling systems. Schools need to adapt to changing resource availability like water shortages and incorporate climate resilience into their infrastructure planning. There is an increasing need for education on climate science, environmental sustainability, and ecological systems. Schools should integrate these topics into their curriculum to raise awareness and empower students to take action.

  • @Burfatmukhtiar very interesting dear.
Dear, Climate change is a critical issue impacting education globally. Extreme weather can damage schools and disrupt classes, leading to educational setbacks. Rising temperatures and air pollution affect students health and concentration. The psychological pressure of climate change also affects students mental health and academic performance.

I recommend incorporating of climate education into our curriculum is vital, empowering students to understand and address these issues. Schools should adopt sustainability practices and advocate for policies that enhance climate resilience. By taking these steps, we can ensure a safer and more sustainable future for our students and communities.

  • @Burfatmukhtiar Climate change significantly impacts the educational system in various ways. As global temperatures rise and extreme weather events become more frequent, schools face challenges such as damage to infrastructure, disrupted learning environments, and increased health risks for students and staff.Additionally, climate change affects the curriculum, as educators must incorporate new topics related to environmental science and sustainability. Schools are also taking measures to become more environmentally friendly, such as reducing energy consumption and integrating climate education into their programs.Addressing climate change in education is crucial for raising awareness and preparing students to tackle environmental challenges. By incorporating climate education, we can empower the next generation to take meaningful action towards protecting our planet.

  • That's right. I remember when I went deeply into this topic and started from scratch giving presentations and making videos during COP 27 in Sharm El Sheik, Egypt. It's a really crucial topic.

  • In developing countries, storms and droughts commonly cause children to leave school permanently to join the workforce and support their families. Children in higher-income countries are not immune. They miss school days due to hurricanes and wildfires and these absences have measurable effects on education outcomes.
Education can help fight climate change. But we must also fight climate change to prevent harm to education. Without action, the future of young people around the world hangs in the balance.

The education of students in countries like Sudan is already being negatively affected by the extremes of climate change.

  • Without a doubt, one of the biggest challenges of this generation is climate change. If not proactively handled, its effects may become irreversible and catastrophic to humanity. Climate change affects all people on the planet, even if they donโ€™t see this influence with the naked eye.

  • @Burfatmukhtiar Hi I am shah from Sindh. Dear sir I agree with you that one of the biggest challenge of this generation is climate change. But unfortunately we are responsible for this climatic conditions human activities like burnings fossil fuels ,deforestation, wast managment, agriculture and industrial processes have increased the concentration of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere, leading to the enhanced greenhouse effect and global warming. This warming drives many of the climate changes observed today, such as rising temperatures, changing precipitation patterns, and more frequent and severe weather events. The scientific consensus is that urgent action is needed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and mitigate the impacts of climate change.

  • @Burfatmukhtiar We Should create systems to support and integrate students who are displaced by climate events, including providing psychological support and ensuring continuity of education.

  • The greenhouse effect, caused by gases like carbon dioxide trapping heat in our atmosphere, is driving climate change. With rising temperatures and extreme weather becoming more common, immediate action is crucial.

Key Actions to Reduce the Greenhouse Effect:

    1. Switch to Renewable Energy:
Support solar, wind, and other clean energy sources to cut down on emissions.
    2. Enhance Energy Efficiency: Use energy-saving appliances and improve home insulation to reduce energy consumption.
    3. Opt for Sustainable Transport: Choose public transit, carpool, or electric vehicles to lower transportation emissions.
4.Support Reforestation: Plant trees and support forest conservation to absorb more carbon dioxide.
5.Practice Sustainable Agriculture: Implement eco-friendly farming techniques to minimize agricultural emissions.
    4. Reduce Waste: Cut down on waste by recycling and reusing materials to decrease landfill emissions.

    The Urgency of Action

With the impacts of climate change increasingly evident, now is the time to act. By taking these steps, we can make a meaningful difference.

What will you do today to fight the greenhouse effect and contribute to a sustainable future? Every effort counts.

  • @Tabassumlaghari We should plant more trees to reduce the affect of greenhouse gases

  • @Tabassumlaghari we must take an necessary actions like we can reduce the uses of those things that are the reason of increasing the greenhouse gases day by day.

  • @Noorulain-Khatri Agreed miss.

  • @Burfatmukhtiar We already see effects scientists predicted, such as the loss of sea ice, melting glaciers and ice sheets, sea level rise, and more intense heat waves. Scientists predict global temperature increases from human-made greenhouse gases will continue. Severe weather damage will also increase and intensify.

  • @Sehar-Kazi Aslam o Alaikum dear,

Youโ€™ve pointed out important issues related to climate change. The problems weโ€™re seeing, like melting ice and rising sea levels, match what scientists predicted. As greenhouse gases keep raising temperatures, severe weather will likely become more intense. Itโ€™s crucial for us to work on both reducing emissions and preparing for these changes. Your focus on this topic is really important for promoting action.
