@RAHEELSAHITO unfortunately i am posted at the High school thats in the small city but there is too much network issue and many other facilities are not available there.its very far away from my home.I usually charge and download the videos from my home and after lecture I show them videos to understand more clearly.mostly i prefer to relate the things with their lives and make them to think about the things or the given topic.

How can you find the students who are facing issues personally?
How you treat them to know the reality?
How you take the action they are in serious or critical condition?
How you tell their parents and help to resolve their issues?
What types of issues the girls have faced? and how we can overcome them?

@Tabassumlaghari we must take an necessary actions like we can reduce the uses of those things that are the reason of increasing the greenhouse gases day by day.

Hi! Me Noorulain Khatri.I am from Sindh Pakistan.I am junior elementary school teacher but I served myself in additional assignments like incharge,motivator etc.i performed multi tasks at a time.I like to teach maths science and english.I like do every assignment on the time and accept the challenge regarding my duty.I like to spend my spare time with my students i always against of teacher students Gap so my students are very close to me they like share their problems with me except others although i am the most junior teacher at my school but they trust me they believe Alhumdulillah.i do every possible thing for them that i can.i conduct meetings with their parents just because of the welfare of my students.discuss them and guide them.My quality time is always with my students.

@RAHEELSAHITO A teacher shouldn't use mobile phone for personal use but sometimes it becomes our need to teach through mobile phone where there is no any
other facility.

Gamification in the classroom to enhance the learning is very important and long lasting effective learning.
Components:
Award distribution to the toppers in the form of medals,trophies, badges,shields and other things that may be interesting and sometimes need of the students.
Benefits:
Gamification is the beneficial for all type of the students(specially slow learners) they become active, confident, encourage, competent,energetic,let them think to do the best.it enhances their skills, capabilities, creativity and thinking to achieve their goals through entertainment.it boosts their mentality, thinking also.they learn ethics to help each other's with collaboration.They learn patience and kindness when they can't win without any disappointed creates a pleasant environment in the classroom.

@Tabassumlaghari We should plant more trees to reduce the affect of greenhouse gases

@Kalimullah-Memon InshaaAllah we will implement the AI tools in our teaching as much as possible

In every society the teacher is only who can change the society by his/her positive behaviour(kindess, politeness),
understanding,knowledge,communication skills and much more through all the positive aspects of his /her he can take a big change in any society.The better way to engaging with the society is by new generation and the students of new generation take interest by involving more in the activities and games specially designed with the videos clips etc .everyone likes to change in their routine so we should try the modern techniques in teaching so that students can entertain and learn easily . In 21st century there are many digital techniques to enhance the students' learning.I think its a better way of teaching.

It is very important for the discipline the discipline of the classroom that to create/ set the norms(rules) for the classroom management.
For that teacher's activities are as following steps:
1)Setting expectations
2) practicing in the instruments(tools) of moment
Step#1)Setting expectations:
A teacher can be set norms with the help of students' expectations to use in their future classroom or let them discuss in groups and note down in the notebook.
It is the best to keep things concise and try to use positive words .
After creating future expectations,teacher allows them to share their expectations with the class.
At the end of the sharing of groups'expectations teacher will set the norms for the classroom discipline.
Step#2) Practicing in the instruments(tools) of moment by Role play/ scenario:
After setting the norms,Students will practice the discipline norms to correct the misbehaviour.
Students will act/perform role play (scenario) in the form of groups on the different norm
Teacher will distribute roles among the group members like the role of teacher, misbehaved student etc.
After performing the act teacher will correct the students using different strategies.

Few misbehaviour that would work well in the scenarios include moving of students when inappropriate and talking over the teacher, yelling and throwing things here and there etc.
