But in a state short of funds and resources, such as ours, especially in education, I think one premise institutions can be better choice given the need of the hour. It saves costs. Positive competition can help schools build better systems. Shared facilities can nurture mutual cooperation and support. So there are many benefits. Once state becomes self sufficient or surplus in budget allocation than we can emphasise seperate infrastructures.
