RE: **Qualified Teacher and Experienced Teacher.**
@FarhanMehboob
As no comparison with our eyes, qualification considers one eye and experience is another eye. The weightage of both are equal. When qualifications and experience are combined, educators can draw on both theoretical knowledge and practical wisdom to enhance student learning. So, the best educators are those who continually seek to improve through a balance of both qualifications and practical experience. -

RE: Let's talk about climate change affect in the educational system?
@Burfatmukhtiar
Schools may face disruptions or damage from extreme weather events such as floods, dry weather season or wildfires affecting the physical safety and accessibility of school buildings. Increasing temperatures can lead to heatwaves, affecting students' and teachers' health and comfort, particularly in schools without adequate cooling systems. Schools need to adapt to changing resource availability like water shortages and incorporate climate resilience into their infrastructure planning. There is an increasing need for education on climate science, environmental sustainability, and ecological systems. Schools should integrate these topics into their curriculum to raise awareness and empower students to take action. -

Absolutely, integrating technology into education has become increasingly crucial and every teacher around the world is fighting for that. It is because technology allows students and educators to access vast amounts of information instantly and deeper learning beyond traditional reading materials. Moreover, the digital tools make learning more interactive and create interest through interactive exercises. Through technology, not even classrooms can connect globally, fostering cross-cultural understanding and collaboration among educators from different parts of the world like we are discussing in this platform. For these reasons, technology is essential for a future career. So, educators are needed to prepare students with the digital skills and literacy required in the modern workforce. -

In reality, students generally prefer a positive and supportive classroom environment where they feel respected & valued and not compared with other children. Their expectation is less homework and more to hands-on work. Let’s think about No Stressful Education whether it is e-learning or traditional learning system. Maybe they like it. -
