@Bousl2336873cb4 I think technology can certainly improve education, but it can't replace the human touch that makes learning truly meaningful. While AI and digital tools can personalize learning and make information more accessible, the emotional connection and guidance from teachers are irreplaceable. It's the human interaction that helps students build confidence, navigate challenges, and develop social skills. Technology should work alongside educators, giving them tools to better connect with and support students, rather than taking away that vital personal element. The future of education lies in a balance between both, not in choosing one over the other.

RE: Flipped Classroom Implementation: Share Your Experiences!
I agree with you and would like to share my experience of how the flipped classroom saved my time. I used social media tools like WhatsApp, where students learned the topic at home. I shared videos, voice notes, and pictures related to the specific topic and also answered their questions online.
In the classroom, we implemented this learning through group discussions, experiments, hands-on activities, and project-making.
You know what? When the students shared their feedback about the flipped classroom, it literally made me happy. They said,
"Miss, the way we learned the topic, it stayed in our minds for a long time. It was very interesting. We really enjoyed it and started loving learning and science more than before."
They also shared that even the difficult topics became easy through these project-making and presentation activities. -

My name is Manal. I am from Pakistan – the land of pure. I work as a Junior Elementary School Teacher in the public sector. I teach Science and English to lower secondary school girls. The best part of my job is getting the chance to teach these little angels. I am like a friend to my students, and we learn from each other. I enjoy turning book knowledge into real-life experiences for them. In my free time, I love baking, reading books, and spending time in nature. It helps me feel calm and happy.
