I am Lubna Shams, a dedicated and passionate teacher at Govt. Girls Comprehensive Higher Secondary School Unit 5, Latifabad, Hyderabad, Pakistan. I teach Computer and Urdu, and I am deeply committed to empowering my students with the skills needed to face the challenges of the 21st century. When they become responsible citizens so the society becomes prosperous. So it is the teacher who are the society change agents.

Non viable reactions are very important in the classroom just like gestures, body language facial expressions and they crucial role in conducting the proper class and it may not come from the teacher sides but it comes from the students sides as well. I think it is good communication skill in the classroom.

Transforming education means that the teacher should know the modern techniques of teaching methodologies and now it is a time to bring change that all the teachers should know that how we can teach our students in and modern way. Using of AI to doesn't mean that it is replacing the teacher but it is making more powerful impact of the teacher.
