To build emotional intelligence in students is crucial these days as it helps students to build a good community. So I keep introducing role playing scenarios in my class related to real life challenges the people who are going through whether they are ups and downs or the struggle in their lives. I observed, it not only improved communication skills of my students but also deepened their sense of empathy. Apart from teaching I am a social person so I believe that social emotional learning is as important as academics.

In this digital world, I believe that students are naturally drawn to interactive and fun experiences. Introducing gamification techniques in the classroom helps students participate equally, punctuality, learning in an enjoyable environment and a good feedback. And such activities also help students became more engaged and motivated. As I have experienced gamification doesn’t require expensive tools; even a basic activities can work. And recycling of the used material also work.
Anyway, has anyone else tried this? and how do you see the gamification teaching method?

@Alwesha I appreciate your question dear Alwesha...no doubt learners can stay engaged and absorb knowledge more effectively by using active strategies like teaching others, asking questions, and applying concepts in real life scenarios. Apart frm this techniques like repetition, and short focused study circles or sessions also boost retention. Most importantly, setting clear goals and reflecting regularly helps keep learning intentional and impactful.... I hope it will help u...
