Has anyone been done with the issue of ultra-processed food in class?
It is about our daily life and environment.
UFP could relate to Green STEM Projects in any subject, not only in science.
I want to discuss UPF Ultra-processed food, science, food security,
justice, climate change and health.
I would start by analysing original food and UPF in our lab to understand their differences, and then let students go to the supermarkets to collect information about their favourite food to share in our classroom. (the pros and cons)
What we do back in our classroom could be a lot, depending on what you want.
Cooking healthy and yummy food is one of the students' loves and an experiment.
But I would rather discuss food cultivation, environmental preservation, and waste composting.
Finally, justice for food and agriculture.
Every country and teenager should think about this issue.
Everyone is welcome to give some advice.

RE: Integrating 17 goals
@Housna Integrating music to teach the 17 goals sounds amazing, but how?
Could you illustrate more?
So interested. -

Eating well and being responsible are our duty for foods and the environment.Thank you ,Bilim.

RE: Stress-management for students (and teachers): activities to reduce stress (new ideas each week!)
@Ana_moderator
Love this idea! Imagination works! -
Reflection and connection on what we learned from last class.
I love the idea of Guided Visualization.
Following this concept to start a lesson, I tried something exciting thing.
Beginning the class with Guided Visualization combined with what we learned from the last class by demonstrating their outcomes, photos, and ideas helps students calm down and focus on what teachers want to say. Students always want to focus on themselves.
Additionally, this technology has proven to be a valuable tool for reviewing and reinforcing new learning content, further solidifying the effectiveness and continuity of brain learning. Plus some magical words of encouragement for self-growth. There will be unexpected magical effects!

RE: Empowering Education: Navigating Personalized Learning Technologies for Equity and Excellence
@Ana_modPererator
Personalized learning is always what we cheese for which is not easy for a teacher who faces numerous students.
However, it's not a good excuse anyway.
With a good framework and impactful tools, we will struggle forward to a big step! -

Really love the idea of Continuous improvement!
The first idea I came up with was never the last for my class.
I changed every semester to upgrade myself, and so did my students.
It's the way to sustainability!
