Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is one such strategy that teachers can use to help learners enjoy what they are learning. Remember that UDL is a Strategy which supports all learners, weather they are Children's or Adults. This means that teachers can also apply UDL strategies in their own Classroom to support and developed new skills and learn new content.
Just like any new concept, it is important to "Practice what you Preach." In the same way, if you are encouraging teachers to use UDL strategies in their lessons, an important way to show them how useful UDL can be is to model the practice in your own instruction.
