• Enforce Implementation of Teacher's Training

Training should lead to action. If some teachers are not implementing what they learned, it's crucial to understand their barriers and support them. Enforcement should be combined with encouragement, monitoring, and support to create a culture where training translates into real classroom impact.
The primary goal of training is to improve student learning outcomes. If training isn’t implemented, students don’t benefit.
Trainings cost time, money, and effort. Without implementation, these resources are wasted.
Teachers have a duty to apply best practices and stay current. Training is part of professional development, not optional.

    1. Have you applied any of the strategies or techniques you learned during the training in your classroom?
    2. Which parts of the training did you find most useful or relevant to your teaching?
    3. Can you give an example of a lesson where you used what you learned in the training?
