I think the most essential tool and power full tool of a teacher is equal opportunity to each and every student in his class. A student might not be good in his subject, but that doesn't make him a bad student. A teacher should be just like an explorer. Exploring the vast multitude of talent in every student of his. I have completed my post graduation and believe me , there wasn't a single teacher that is truly teaching believing it to be a noble cause. They all come , teach things , some students are quick grasper , some mid and some slow. Even Einstein was a slow learner. Teacher teaches a class. A class which includes all of the above. Every child is special. Every child is important to their parents. In the rush of money , teaching has become a convenient job .
