Not in today's class room but in every era, every student level of learning and development is different. Even siblings' level of of learning and development is not same. We can term it diversity, being a facilitator we can successfully take the benefits from it. We can plan our lesson in that way in which we can use the different abilities of students, we can make groups of students which possess different skills like one is good in listening , others is good speaking, reading,writing, problem solving, critical analysis, social and emotional skills, and so on. This type of groups will create a sound, fruitful and meaningful learning environment where students share their experience, insights, understanding, knowledge and skills.
