EDUCATION SYSTEM IN MULTIGRADE CLASSES

Hi everyone! What do you think about the multigrade classes when you go in the classroom and you face different types of challenges there?
I'm a primary school Teacher in Sindh,It is very interesting for me that when i go to school and enter in my classroom and meet with my beloved and cooperative students,at the time i usually feel very happy with them, at there, are multigrade classes from grade 1st to 5th with multigrade gender and multiple ages from 3years to 11 years ages.
I always try to motivate my students according to the curriculum,it is too much difficult but very helpful for teaching experience to teach the multiple students.
When I share my ideas and teach the students,same time my knowledge also increase,and feel always very informative as like I'm not teaching, I'm learning by my kids.
