  • @KOUSAR-JEHAN With the rise of digital education, students are spending more time on screens than ever before. This has led to increased cases of digital eye strain, blurred vision, dry eyes, and even long-term vision issues. It's crucial to educate students, teachers, and parents about simple strategies to protect eye health, such as the 20-20-20 rule, proper screen distance, regular breaks, and adequate lighting. Promoting these habits ensures that digital learning is effective without compromising eye health.
