It can also influence one's mood, and affect cognitive performance.I consider this method in my class .

I pick music that fits the feeling of the content and keep the volume low so it doesn’t overshadow the main parts. I use royalty-free tracks to avoid any legal issues and choose music that can loop smoothly for longer projects. I make sure the transitions between different pieces of music are gentle, and I sometimes use silence to highlight important moments.
