@AFSHA28f0a2936e Exactly ma'am use of ICT plays a vital role for relating our students with the need of this era.
We can.use all gadgets from.android.phone to tablet phone laptops multimedia is also available in.most of the schools there is also the availability of smart boards in.some of the schools by the Education.department in Sindh Pakistan.
The pictures videos and other websites of related topics can be easily shown.to the students and it's very impactful than.the lecture methods. So the use of ICT in.our classes is a very pleasant and constructive thing .

    • RE: What students need from teacher in school?

@Ana_moderator Ma'am.in a very.few.countries the.education democracy is observed and the students are not frustrated they enjoy learning and remain quite relax and open minded. As in.the Japan's educational system there is no any exam. For.primary level students and they students enjoy learning and playing till evening time at their school. They spend most.of the time at their schools because they feel their schools like a Paradise.
So we all should adapt.polite behaviours at our schools to improve attendance interest and create a good learning atmosphere. Through this we can.get better outcomes in their academic studies.

Seating arrangement role in class room

      Hello friends!!
As other tools of class room management change in the seating arrangement play an essential role in the class descipline. As we all know that now a days U shape, half circle and Round shaped seating is effective for focusing students and for better eye contact.
One activity for arranging the students is selecting bottle caps of one's choice like Pepsi, 7Up,Dew, Mirinda or Sting etc students will be separated by their selected bottle caps and sometimes alphabet dates of birth or giving different group names like Brilliant group Awesome.group or energetic.group.etc.Through this.we.can.manage.our class.properly and.can.award.on.different.assignments by exposing the group.names and can.give appreciation to.the students. Thus through.change.of the seats all.students can interact oneanother and mingle up eachother.

      Hello dears!?
      Hope.you.all.will be.fine. I am going to.share my.personal.experience.of my.science.subject teaching to Seventh.grade students.
As.I.belong.to a rural.area.school.if district Jamshoro Sindh Pakistan.As.there are very little facilities for using ICT.but a year ago.with the support of education department we are given.a.smart board.which is installed.in.our tenth.grade class. So when.I was making my students ready for a Science fair which was going to be held at Hyderabad city.We have to prepare scientific models of different science topics So I showed the students the preparation.of those.models through YouTube firstly on android phones then.I arranged a session in.the class where the smart.digital board is installed.I was really amazed to see the response of students I also shared Youtube links with the students.first time in our school history the groups of students prepared wonderful science models on.different.topics of their syllabus.
Now whenever tgeir science.class is.started I allow the students to use youtube.on.their android phones and show them.variety of informative science videos on.that smart board I realise that the interest of students us doubled through ICT instead of my lectures on.the same topics.

    • RE: Creativity Handbook says "Educators need to understand creativity in order to embrace it". So what are the activities that help 15-year-olds become more creative?

      @Bilim Hello!!
Hope you will be doing well. Actually the creativity begins from within. So it's not a medicine through which we can voost up the creativity on the students.Being a good facilitator educator you.donot have need.to train or impose things but you have to only give a hont to students of all ages and thus they will get rid of spoon feeding because we dont have to train them how to eat fish.but we have to train.them how to fish.
Don't tell the "students that A"" for Apple but train them that which words start with the A"in this way.too many 'A sounding words will come in their mind and they will start using by their own.
So let the students think at.their own.
Many.other activities like this can.improve the critical thinking.
And other digital advancement like.the use.of computer AI , Chatgpt WhatsApp grpups.of academy side.and many more can.be helpfull for thestudents.

    • Extra Curricular/ Cocurricular activities

      Hello respectable teschers!!
I am.going to share my experience for making the class interactive. As I was posted.at a High School of my area.named Government High School Lakha where there was co education system which is very rare in our Region Sindh Pakistan because Girls schools are mostly separate from boys schools.

I was assigned a class of Ninth grade but the class was not active all the students were shy and hesitated though there was.hidden talent in.them.
So after familiarization with the class I arranged different competitions of poetry, music, dance, debate and sports competitions of the groups every week ,fort nightly and monthly. It was proven that the students whome I counted as slow learners became more active and achieved prizes in the events.Specially the girls took active part in speeches,Singing and quiz competitions. Thus I got the active class whuch I wanted.

Six years has passed now those students have joined universities still they are in contact and give a v good feed back that Sir we learned and enjoyed a lot through co curricullar activities.
Have any of you experienced such result of co curricullar activities?
